The Seattle Square returned this summer to run for several consecutive Thursdays in July and August in Occidental Park, featuring a wide range of vintage and craft vendors; selling everything from locally designed clothing, to handmade housewares and accessories, to mid-century furniture. A rotating selection of Seattle’s mobile food vendors served up a variety of fantastic eats set to a live
soundtrack. Thanks to everyone who came to take a stroll through Seattle’s newest outdoor market in its oldest neighborhood.
For the second year in a row, this outdoor market brought Seattlites together to activate the region’s oldest neighborhood while supporting local entrepreneurs as well as the business community in South Downtown. The Square is a community partnership with support from the City of Seattle’s DPD, Seattle Parks and Recreation, DSA, and The Alliance for Pioneer Square. If you want to get involved during our off-season, contact lisa@pioneersquare.org.
You can take the bus / light rail / sounder / west seattle water taxi / your feet / bike – they all bring you to the Square! There are also plenty of parking lots in the neighborhood! See the map below for more
information.
